This morning, I took Maya out for a walk. We walked along the path, through the fields, and towards the lump. As we passed the old farm-house, the farmer walked out, carrying a brass standard-lamp and a bucket. He walked towards us, and looked at Maya. “Hello” he cooed, then to me (in the broadest Wigan accent imaginable): “Is it a lad or a wench?”
A Wench?!? You’ve got to love the locals here.

Billing has 20,000 people!!! Jesus, they must all be midgets, like you and yer family, to fit in such a small space... either that or Billing is the TARDIS "Town And Roads - Damn It, Suburbia!" or "Trying Ardently to Reduce Dominance Instigated by StHelens"
But was the farmer really asking about Maya or about you?
